§1Acceptance, and who you are agreeing with
Using Feast means accepting these terms; “we” means whoever runs Feast.
Using Feast means accepting these terms; “we” means whoever runs Feast.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use Feast — nothing here needs your signature, and nothing signs for you.
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Feast. The operator is whoever runs this site and the interface it serves; “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator.
These terms govern this website only, not the contracts on the chain (see section 14).
§2What Feast is, and what it is not
Feast never holds your money — your wallet signs, and the chain does the rest.
Feast never holds your money — your wallet signs, and the chain does the rest.
Feast is non-custodial: we never hold your coins, your BNB or your stock tokens, and we hold no key that could move them. Every trade and every launch is a transaction your own wallet signs against contracts on BNB Smart Chain.
There are no accounts here. No password, no email address, no deposit and no withdrawal — you connect a wallet, and it stays yours.
This site gives you an interface to those contracts and a record of what they have done.
We take no orders, hold no positions for you, and execute nothing on your behalf.
§3What every coin runs under
A coin's fee and split are locked when it is created; nobody can change them afterwards, including us.
A coin's fee and split are locked when it is created; nobody can change them afterwards, including us.
After a coin is created, no function can change its terms — not the creator's, not ours.
How the 1% is split is on the burn ledger; what every coin page publishes from its first block is in How it works.
§4Who may use Feast
Check both lists for your country.
Check both lists for your country.
You must be at least 18, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If the law where you live does not allow you to use Feast, you may not use it.
You must not be a sanctioned person, and you must not act for one. The lists we check against are the United Nations Security Council consolidated list, the United States OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, the European Union consolidated list, the United Kingdom sanctions list, and the lists published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
If Feast is closed or read-only where you are, that is the answer. Do not route around it with a VPN, a proxy or a relocated request, and do not use Feast for someone it is closed to. The FEAST sale page is covered by the same block list as the rest of Feast.
Restricted jurisdictions
The two lists below are separate questions: a country can be open for meme pools and closed for stock-paired ones, or the other way round.
Places the two lists do not name are open for both kinds of pool.
Closed entirely
Requests from these places are refused at the door, for every part of this site.

§5What you agree to do, and not do
Obey your laws, work out your taxes, do not rig a market; a bot's losses are yours.
Obey your laws, work out your taxes, do not rig a market; a bot's losses are yours.
Follow the law where you are, including tax law. Feast withholds nothing, reports nothing to any tax authority and issues you no statement of earnings; what you owe is yours to work out.
Do not manipulate a market. No wash trading, no spoofing, no coordinated pumps, and nothing that moves the proceeds of a crime.
Bots and scripts are allowed within the published request limits. What a bot does counts as yours: using one to wash-trade, spoof or game the interface or the chain is your breach, and what it loses is your money.
Do not attack this site or the contracts. Do not impersonate a coin, a creator or Feast, and do not present yourself as authorised by us.
§6What you publish
You answer for a coin's name and picture; we can stop showing a coin, not erase it from the chain.
You answer for a coin's name and picture; we can stop showing a coin, not erase it from the chain.
A coin's name, symbol, description, links and picture are the creator's, not ours; if you paid us to draw the picture, you are still the one publishing it. What you publish must be yours to use: not someone else's trademark or art, nothing illegal, and nothing impersonating a real person or project.
Once a coin's name, picture and blurb are stored on IPFS and their fingerprint is written into the coin's creation transaction, nobody can change or delete them — including us.
On a substantiated infringement claim or a legal notice, we stop showing the coin on this site. The coin and its pool stay on chain, and that is all a takedown here can do.
Send it to us on X — a direct message or a mention both reach us: @feastmeme.
§7Other people's services
Parts of Feast are run by other people; if one breaks, that part of Feast breaks with it.
Parts of Feast are run by other people; if one breaks, that part of Feast breaks with it.
Feast rests on things it does not run:
- The pools are PancakeSwap Infinity's.
- Binance stock tokens are issued by Ondo (see section 8(e)).
- The price chart is TradingView's lightweight-charts.
- Pictures and coin details are stored on IPFS through Pinata.
- A coin face you pay us to draw is drawn by fal.ai's model.
- Product analytics go to PostHog.
- Alerts reach you through Telegram.
- The board and live trades are read from BNB Smart Chain.
None of these is ours: each has its own terms and can change, break or refuse you. If one stops, the part of Feast that rests on it stops too.
§8What can go wrong
Code can have bugs, prices can collapse, the chain can stall, and an issuer can fail.
Code can have bugs, prices can collapse, the chain can stall, and an issuer can fail.
- (a)Smart-contract bugs and exploits
The contracts are code, and code has bugs; an audit lowers the risk without removing it, and a contract not yet exploited is not proven safe. Before mainnet the contracts were audited by an external firm, AstraSec; the report is here: Read the audit report.
- (b)Hacks
This site, the servers that serve it, your wallet, your browser extension, or any of the services in section 7 can be compromised. A transaction you signed is final, and there is nobody who can reverse it.
- (c)Liquidity and price
A pool can be thin, and one large trade can move its price a long way. Slippage, a failed transaction and a price different from the one you saw are ordinary here, not faults.
- (d)Total loss
A meme coin can go to zero, and most do. Put in only what you can lose entirely.
- (e)The stock token's issuer
A Binance stock token is Ondo's obligation, not the chain's. The issuer can pause the token; while it is paused, nobody can trade or claim in the pools paired with it.
Redeeming one needs Ondo's KYC and can be refused, the token can trade away from the share it tracks, and the issuer can stop redemptions or fail. If that happens, the coin you hold is paired against a broken asset.
- (f)The chain, and your keys
BNB Smart Chain can halt, reorganise or congest, and Gas can spike. A lost seed phrase is a lost wallet, and nobody can restore it.
- (g)Front-running
Transactions are public before they confirm, and a bot can trade ahead of yours. The opening cap limits a coin's first two blocks with trades; it does not remove the risk, and it does nothing after them.
- (h)The rules can change
What a country allows for tokenised equity is moving. A region open today can close, and if it closes while you hold a position, what you get is the read-only state described in section 4.
§9No advice, and no promise of value
Feast recommends no coin and promises no coin's value.
Feast recommends no coin and promises no coin's value.
Feast holds no meme coin on this board, takes no position in one, and recommends none. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice; if you need any of those, ask someone qualified where you live.
FEAST is the platform's own coin. 14.2% of supply is set aside for users and paid out weekly over the first year; traders, creators and referrers share it by the fees each brought.
What a week pays depends on that week's fees, and it can be nothing. No coin on Feast, FEAST included, carries a promise of value, a right to a dividend, or a claim on anyone's assets.
We promise you no profit from our work, and we offer nothing here as an investment. What a coin is, in law, is not something these terms decide.
The figures this site publishes — the split, the burned total, the share of supply above — describe what the code does. They are not forecasts of what anything will be worth.
§10No warranty
Feast can be down, wrong or late, and we do not promise otherwise.
Feast can be down, wrong or late, and we do not promise otherwise.
This site is provided as it is, and as it happens to be available. We do not promise that it is up, that what it shows is accurate or current, that a transaction will confirm, that the price you see is the price you get, or that the contracts are free of defects.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law that applies to you does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the mandatory rules of your own country prevail over this section, and the rights they give you are untouched.
§11What we are not liable for
We do not cover your losses, except where the law says we must.
We do not cover your losses, except where the law says we must.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising out of your use of Feast. That includes a trading loss, a coin going to zero, a contract exploit or a hack, a failed or front-run transaction, a lost key, a third party's failure, downtime, and wrong data.
It also includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential and punitive damages, and lost profits, whether or not anyone told us they were possible.
Where the law requires a cap rather than an exclusion, our total liability to you for everything together is capped. The cap is the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and USD 100.
Almost the only money you pay us is the fee for a generated coin face, so for most readers the cap is the USD 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, and death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the mandatory rules of your own country prevail over this section.
§12What you cover us for
If something you did on Feast gets us sued, you are the one who pays for it.
If something you did on Feast gets us sued, you are the one who pays for it.
If your use of Feast causes a claim against us, you cover it: what we lose, and what we reasonably spend defending it. That includes a claim over a coin you launched, something you published, a law you broke or a term here you breached.
We will tell you about the claim promptly, and you may take over the defence. You may not settle it in a way that admits anything on our behalf without asking us first.
Nothing in this section limits a liability the law that applies to you does not allow to be limited, and any part the law where you live does not allow does not apply to you. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the mandatory rules of your own country prevail.
§13What is public, and what we keep
What you do on chain is public forever; off chain we keep very little, filed by your wallet address.
What you do on chain is public forever; off chain we keep very little, filed by your wallet address.
Everything you do on chain is public and permanent: your wallet address, every trade, every coin you launch, every fee you pay, every claim. Nobody can delete it, not you and not us, and anyone can link those transactions to each other and to anything else that wallet has done.
Off chain, this is all of it. There is no other document, and nothing below is a summary of something longer.
- Product analytics go to PostHog, through this site's own address rather than straight from your browser. When you connect a wallet, your wallet's address becomes the identifier those events carry.
- Where you are: your request carries a country code our host works out from your network address, and that country decides which of section 4's rules apply to you. The address itself is read to count against a request limit (held in one server's memory for that limit's window) and is also passed to our analytics service, which works out your country and city from it and keeps it with the event; we write it to no database of our own.
- What you set up here is kept in our database, each item against your wallet address: a referral code, the coins and concepts you watch, and your alert rules. There is nothing else in it about you.
- With alerts on, your Telegram session is kept by the bot against your wallet address. This site knows you are linked, not where, and either side can unlink alone.
- There is no account, so there is no account data to delete (see section 2).
None of it is sold, and none of it goes to anyone but the services in section 7 that do the work described here.
§14Changes, and ending it
We can change or close this site, but we cannot touch a coin that already exists.
We can change or close this site, but we cannot touch a coin that already exists.
We can change this site, change these terms, or stop running the site. Every change to these terms is dated at the top of this page, and a material one is also posted to the announcements page.
Using Feast after a change means you accept it. We can refuse you access, with a reason or without one.
What we cannot do is change or stop the contracts. A coin that exists, its pool, its locked split and its locked liquidity keep working on chain whether or not this site does.
Anyone can reach them without us. That is a limit on our power, not a promise about any coin's value.
§15Governing law and disputes
Disputes go to arbitration in Singapore, one claim at a time — not a class action.
Disputes go to arbitration in Singapore, one claim at a time — not a class action.
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
A dispute we cannot settle between us goes to binding arbitration seated in Singapore. It is administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre under its rules in force when it begins, in English, before one arbitrator.
Each of us brings a claim only on our own behalf. No class action, and no consolidated proceeding.
Where the law where you live gives you your local courts, or consumer protections you cannot sign away, this section does not take them from you. Where that law does not allow a class-action waiver or an arbitration agreement like this one, that part does not apply to you.
